Refund Policy

NotOnlyPolo accepts returns only for size changes no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the order. Withdrawal is a right governed by articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The garments must be returned at the expense of the buyer to the address of origin of the goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing by NotOnlyPolo.

Reasons such as: “it is not to my liking”, “I do not like”, “It smells bad”, “color slightly different from the photo  etc. are not evidence deemed sufficient for the refund request as they are individual and subjective considerations.

NotOnlyPolo however, will evaluate case by case, and will decide from time to time whether to give the customer the opportunity to return the garment, at his own expense, to the address of origin of the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by NotOnlyPolo, and consent to the issuance of a credit for the same amount as the purchase by offering the possibility of exchanging goods.

For the change of size, the garment must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes original packaging / case and label, must not be washed, worn, free of odors / perfumes or damaged in any way. The items must be suitably packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should at least one of the points listed above fail to be respected NotOnlyPolo reserves the right not to accept any request for a size change. The shipping times are estimated times, this means that notonlypolo.com is not responsible for delays due to shipping provider. For example: technical problems, delays due to the couriers who manage the shipment / sorting, holidays, weather conditions, etc.
