How much do shipping expenses cost?

The shipment has a cost of 4.90 euros and we always use standard shipping, if you buy outside the Italian territory the cost is 13.90 euros in the European Union.

How long will my order be shipped from the warehouse?

All orders are handled by the warehouse and taken in by couriers within 24 hours of work from receiving the order confirmation.

In how many days will I receive my purchase at home?

The estimated times for shipping are from 1 to 3 working days. We have heads in ready delivery and this allows us to have very advantageous prices for you customers and rapidissime shipments.

The merchandise is MADE IN : the United States, Germany, Singapore, the Netherlands, Russia, the PRC and India depending on the head purchased.

The timing of expeditions are estimated times. This means that notonlypolo.com is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure. For example : technical problems, delays due to couriers in management of shipping / sorting, holiday, weather conditions, etc.

How do I know where my parcel is?

You will be provided with a shipping number. A shipping numbers for each head purchased. The shipping code is not sent by email. The shipping code you will find it directly in your account at approximately 24 hours from the date order confirmation. It will always be available under your account to be consulted.

However, as soon as the shipment number is available, notonlypolo.com will send you an information email to inform you that the shipment number has been registered in your account.

What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery?

If you're not at home to accept the delivery of your order, the courier will leave you a tentative delivery notice. Keep the coupon and go to the post office indicated on the postcard that left you the courier..

If I don't receive the parcel in the patrolled times, what do I do?

If 30 working days have passed and you have not yet received your purchase, please send us an email to notonlypolo@gmail.com and make sure to specify your name / surname & order number. In the subject matter of the specific email " Order Not Received " and we will try to do our best to help you. In the rare cases where parcels are lost, the full refund of the entire amount from you will be made or we will seek together the best solution for you.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

It could happen that by eagling from abroad, once it reaches its destination, the parcel is subject to customs checks.
